Verification exists so that talent without a recognised network, passport or institution can still prove capability. The process reveals work and withholds identity.

Skills

Declare capabilities as discrete, comparable units. Free text job titles are not accepted as skills.

Evidence

Attach an artifact to each skill: repository, deployment address, audit, benchmark or published work.

Verification

Artifacts are machine-checked, then reviewed by attesting maintainers who never see your identity.

Reputation

Score accrues from verified evidence and completed engagements. It cannot be bought or self-reported.

These attributes are never exposed to hiring parties and are never usable as search or ranking inputs. They are removed at the query layer, not hidden at the interface layer.
